1. Ownership
The Smooth Third Person Camera mod (the "Software") is proprietary software.
You do not receive any ownership rights to the source code.

2. What you may do
You may:
- Use the Software for personal or server use.
- Include the unmodified compiled JAR file in public or private modpacks.
- Redistribute the unmodified compiled JAR file together with modpacks.

3. What you may not do
You may not:
- Redistribute or publish the source code.
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Software,
  except where such restriction is not allowed by applicable law.
- Reupload the Software as a standalone download mirror without explicit permission.
- Remove or alter copyright and license notices.

4. Commercial use
Commercial use of the Software itself (selling the mod as a product) is prohibited.
Using modpacks that include the Software for monetized streaming or server donations is allowed.

5. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind.
In no event shall the author be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability
arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or its use.

6. Termination
If you violate these terms, your rights under this license terminate automatically.
